Under the responsibility of the Technical Director and on behalf of our customers (communities, co-ops, etc.), you:
* Perform energy audits of built heritage;
* Manage energy data and define heritage energy master plans;
* Ensure the definition, design, execution and monitoring of energy performance contracts on heritage sites;
* Ensure the management of energy technical expertise and PMV projects in the global performance market;
* Manage projects for monitoring operations, launching or renewing contracts and energy monitoring;
According to your profile, responses to calls for tenders and monitoring of a customer portfolio
Requirements
Experience:
- energy efficiency engineer or similar: 3 years (Required)
Training:
- Bac +5 (Master / MBA) (Preferred)
Responsibilities
Experience in global energy performance markets will be appreciated.

- Energy audits,
- Consumption report,
- Recommendations for development,
- Budget estimates,
- Compliance of installations,
- Regulatory thermal calculations (RT2012, THCex ...)
